good, but its not 1080p ,the resolution is less man, and now u will post 720p which will actually be 520p or something. No offence .
They are cutting the black bars hence the resolution is less.
see avengers and mib 3 they have done

we crop the black bars bud , like lot of other encoders , save lots of space : ) , if you want encodes with black bars , you can tell me , i'll redirect you to uploaders with black bars in their encodes : )
@Jayantt, just change the aspect ratio if you want to stretch the image on the entire screen.
but some awesome movies here are 1080in width still without bars, like i mentioned earlier about avengers
